Could you please clarify: • whether this is a new file to be added or an update to an existing one
• which directory I should work in (for example: data_analysis / mathematics / etc.)

Since this would be a new file, I just want to confirm a few things so that it aligns with TheAlgorithms/Python contribution guidelines:

• What specific algorithm or concept should this data analytics file demonstrate? • Which directory do you think it should go in (for example: statistics / machine_learning / data_analysis)? • Should it be a standalone algorithm example rather than a project-style notebook or script?

Once this is clear and aligned with the repository scope, I’ll be happy to proceed. Thank you!

I'm not real sure how to answer. I said before that I don't understand anything about GitHub.

But I think I was writing an sqlite code that should be in a data analytics directly, and is a project I would like to continue.
