Database error

My site started showing the following error:

WordPress database error: [Table ‘0conted.wp_spbc_firewall_data_v4’ doesn’t exist]

The error appeard above the page in all pages if not logged in as admin, I stopped, deleted, re-added Claeantalk, sync with cloud, but it appears database is no longer there as when I go to “Security by CleanTalk” there is no data to show, which makes me nervous that my site is not protected.

I would like to know what I need to do to correct this, thank you
