Feature Request: Enable WP_DEBUG_LOG from bar

    Currently you are required to enabled WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG in the wp-config.php file. But walking clients through this is frequently a hassle and security permitting (maybe admins only?) it would be helpful to be able to enable this from the dashboard.
