Hi there!
I have activated that plugin on my site but am not able to see any image-breaking issues.
To assist you best, could you share more details about the issue? Are you seeing any JavaScript errors in the browser console? If so, please provide the error messages so we can better understand the problem.
Also, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:
- System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status
- Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
Please use https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ and share a link to that paste in reply here. Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

Dear @shahzeenfarooq
Many thanks for your feedback. I appreciate it very much.
I am kind of new to this WordPress World. Isn’t this a security issue if I post my complete site info “publicly”? Dont you have any form or upload apart from this forum?
I have to say I have quite a number of plugins installed on my WordPress. But all of them are compatible with WP 6.4, best rated and at least 100K active installs or more. So no random crapy Plugins. Also the Theme is most sold on Themeforrest.
My issue most probably is either Hosting or Caching. Both supports were contacted from me and we had intensiv debugging.
Only after I got help from WordPress Forum directly, Someone found out that its you Plugin crashing my page.
I can also give you access to my admin panel if you are able to take a look.
Best regards
Hi there!
I understand your concern. Unfortunately, there is no other way to share the system status report. You can use Pastebin or GitHub Gist to share the details, once we have completed checking your site’s system report.
It looks like you are using popular plugins, but sometimes plugins conflict with each other, causing issues. Since I’m unable to replicate the image or site crash after activating WooCommerce, this suggests that a plugin, custom code, or outdated plugins/WordPress version on your site might be causing the issue.
To confirm whether the issue is caused by WooCommerce, please run a conflict test by deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and activating a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Five. Then, check if the issue persists. You can follow the instructions in this article:
How to Test for Conflicts
Let me know how it goes! Once we receive your system status report, we can assist you further.
