    Sorry for the inconvenience! Some more info will help me get to the bottom of this.

    Is this recurring, or is it an error seen once or rarely? If it”s recurrent, can you get the customer to provide the data from Tools -> Site Heath -> Info -> Copy Info to Clipboard.

    This can happen if something corrupts the cache data file, or if some really long-running update causes a timeout (several seconds). If you know some requests run really long, you can change the default 5000-millisecond value for the wp-config.php parameter WP_SQLITE_OBJECT_CACHE_TIMEOUT.     As far as I know, this “temporarily failed” event is totally benign. It’s like flushing the cache.
