This PHP notice is spamming my logs…

That’s odd, it means that you have a transient with no value. Can you find out, which transient the notice produces?

All of them contain only a timeout key:

I’m still getting loads of these notices in my error logs, any chance you could patch it, or want me to post a patch?

Seems like you are using the Developer plugin.
I could fix it, but it will not do, since they are coming through a bug in the plugin, see https://github.com/Automattic/developer/issues/51 and a screenshot from phpMyAdmin http://cl.ly/ReZx.
