Notice on the Public Announcement of the Second Batch of National Processing Trade Industrial Parks Recognition List

In accordance with the spirit of the "State Council Office's Opinions on Promoting Stable Scale and Optimized Structure of Foreign Trade" (Guo Ban Fa [2023] No. 10), and to guide the gradient transfer of processing trade to the central, western, and northeastern regions, promote the sustained healthy development of processing trade, and ensure the stability of industrial and supply chains, the Ministry of Commerce has actively advanced the cultivation and construction of the second batch of national processing trade industrial parks. In November 2025, the "Ministry of Commerce Office Notice on Carrying Out the Application and Recognition Work for the Second Batch of National Processing Trade Industrial Parks" (Shang Ban Mao Han [2025] No. 430) was issued. Based on local applications and expert reviews, it is proposed to recognize the second batch of 13 national processing trade industrial parks, including 4 in the central region, 7 in the western region, and 2 in the northeastern region. The list is now published for public notice.

The public notice period is from March 13, 2026, to March 19, 2026. If there are any objections, please submit written comments to the Department of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Commerce by March 19.
