Wanhua PE unit restart; Chenhua Shares workshop resumes production
Wanhua Chemical's 350,000 tons/year HDPE and 250,000 tons/year LDPE polyethylene plants officially restarted on May 20. Both units had been shut down for maintenance since May 11 and have now resumed production operations as scheduled.
In addition, the flame retardant workshop of Chenhua Shares Co., Ltd. has completed safety rectifications and resumed trial production on May 18. The workshop had previously experienced a fire accident in November 2024 and has successfully resumed production and operation following the rectifications.
