On June 1, 2026, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued a notice initiating the third antidumping and countervailing duty sunset reviews of potassium phosphate salts imported from China. Concurrently, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) initiated the third antidumping and countervailing duty sunset review industry injury investigation regarding the subject products to determine whether the likelihood of material injury to the U.S. domestic industry would continue or recur upon the revocation of the current antidumping and countervailing duty orders within a reasonably foreseeable time. Interested parties must file requests for participation with the U.S. Department of Commerce within 10 days from the date of this notice. Interested parties must file responses with the U.S. International Trade Commission by July 1, 2026, and submit comments on the sufficiency of the responses to the U.S. International Trade Commission no later than August 10, 2026.

On October 5, 2015, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued final results of the first antidumping and countervailing duty sunset reviews of potassium phosphate salts and sodium phosphate salts imported from China.

On November 3, 2020, the U.S. Department of Commerce initiated the second antidumping and countervailing duty sunset reviews of potassium phosphate salts imported from China.

On March 8, 2021, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued final results of the second expedited antidumping and countervailing duty sunset reviews of potassium phosphate salts imported from China.
